Our journey to register *Aagstus Hightusk Research* took 1 year and 3 months, marked by bureaucratic stonewalling, political interference, and coercion — including pressure to relocate to Gujarat, which we declined. As a result, we were sidelined, punished, and blacklisted.

There was no official category for *Artificial Intelligence* when we began — we had to define our own. We are the first AI company built in Asia, yet received no recognition, no incentives, no grants, and no respect from either the central or state governments.

We sought to build a world-class datacenter in Mumbai, fully self-funded and backed by our internal expertise and the proprietary knowledge base we’ve painstakingly developed over the years. We reached out for investor interest and state support — and received none.

We proposed building Marathi-language models and requested minimal support for data collection — even that was ignored. No datasets. No assistance. Instead, we were treated as pariahs in our own country.

Meanwhile, companies across the world have licensed our technologies and benefited from our experience — and they pay their bills. Ironically, Indian government departments and agencies have used our work without compensation, misusing access and ghosting invoices. We have since cut off all access. We do not work for free — especially not for those who never believed in us.

While India’s *Startup India* program parades as an innovation hub, in practice, it has functioned more like a laundering front for public money, funneled to politically favored entities.

And yet — without any of them — we’ve become the #1 AI research lab in South Asia, with the most advanced expertise in quantization, and a founding team so committed that they reinvest their own wages just to keep the research alive.

So no — we are not associated with the Government of India.

We thank the EU, USA, Brazil, Japan, UK, and Hong Kong — whose companies and citizens embraced our technology and gave us what our own country denied: access, respect, and the freedom to build.

We have denounced the legitimacy of the Indian Government following the Maharashtra election fraud and the ongoing genocide of Mumbai locals through:
- Discrimination against the native talent pool
- Establishment of colonial-style institutions
- Unauthorized resource extraction by non-local lead entities
- Police mafia enabling land grabs in remaining local dominions
- Discrimination in fundamental rights

The founders condemn such state-sponsored terror against locals in favor of outsiders — many with no roots or even criminal histories tied to the land.

We believe single leadership over 1.5 billion is inherently evil — this is neither Gandhi’s Village Republic nor a system that respects locals or holds ministers accountable.
Our people must be compensated for the land, oil, and other resources taken from them. This region welcomes all — but not at the cost of exploiting our good people or destroying their economic future.

We no longer seek validation from a colonial government — nor do we trust it.
We build regardless and forbid access to fruit of our efforts to sustain colonial evils.
We do it for the people - so humanity moves forward even in this days of tyranny in places we find refuge.
